People's diets profoundly affect individual health and the broader healthcare system as well as the environment. Increased consumption of plant-based foods and reduction of food waste make an important contribution to climate neutrality and support efficient use of agricultural land. Therefore, policies are needed to facilitate healthier and more sustainable eating habits. Agora Agriculture develops viable approaches for the design of fair food environments that make sustainable food choices attractive, available and affordable – whether in the supermarket, school or cafeteria.
